Any re-sellable, unworn product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive a return back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued. If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge. We advise to allow 10 working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed.

UK Free Delivery - Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed For. - Usually posted within 1 working day. Delivery time usually 2-3 Working days. 

Please note Royal Mail can not guarantee next day delivery on 1st class tracked items. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date (next working day) then a replacement or refund will be processed.

The dress is quite a small short fit so would recommend going for a size up. For example if you usually wear a M go for the size L. The dresses are listed in UK numbered sizes.
