Shipping Policy

 

UK Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery, typically via Royal Mail. During busier periods, we may use alternative couriers to ensure faster delivery.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days.

 

Please note that Royal Mail cannot guarantee next-day delivery on tracked services. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are delayed, lost, delivered incorrectly, or returned due to an incorrect address being entered. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims in these cases.

 

 

UK Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

• Orders under £120: £15 flat rate (postage cost remains the same regardless of the number of items).

• Orders £120 and over: Free international shipping.

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days.

 

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to reimburse them.

 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Once your return has been received and inspected to confirm it is unworn, we will process your refund in full.

 

If you request an exchange, your replacement item will be sent free of charge.

 

 

Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return or exchange to be processed once it has been received.

 

Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be issued until the item has been returned to SarahAnn Outdoors.

 

 

Return Shipping

As we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, we are unable to refund return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

International returns must be sent at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service when returning items to the UK.

 

 

How to Return an Item

When returning your item, please include a note inside the parcel with:

• Your reason for return

• Your return address

• Contact number

• Details of any exchange requested
