Shipping Policy
UK Free Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For. - Usually posted within 1 working day. Delivery time usually 2-3 Working days.
Please note Royal Mail can not guarantee next day delivery on tracked items. If your item has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date then a replacement or refund will be processed.
Please ensure the full correct address is added to the delivery details to avoid parcels being lost, late, delivered to an incorrect address or returned back to the sender. We can not take responsibility if an address is entered incorrectly as a claim for a lost or late parcel will not be accepted by Royal Mail.

International - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for £15 for orders under £120 (more than 1 item can be posted, the postage charge is a set price of £1 & will not increase the more items you add) - Usually posted within 1 working day. Delivery Time 7-10 Working Days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Any unworn products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive a return back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued. If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge.
Faulty items can be returned for an exchange or refund once they have been checked.
We advise to allow 10 working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed.
Please note an exchange or refund will not be processed until the item has been received back to Sarahannoutdoors.
Sarahannoutdoors offers free standard delivery on all UK items & therefore will not refund any postage back to the buyer to cover returns costs so it is recommended that UK returns are sent back via the same method of posting. Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.
International returns are to be returned back at the buyers cost. We always recommend sending items tracked and signed for if sending back to the UK.
For all returns please put a note in the package explaining your reason for return along with a return address, contact number, & details of the exchange request.
